Hey,

the D-Bus server is not running. I'm not sure how it works with Cygwin, but 
you can try the following command:

eval `dbus-launch --auto-syntax`

and launch SàT (and the frontends) from the same shell (or an other shell, but 
export the D-Bus environment variables).

I would be happy to have your feedbacks on Cygwin.

By the way, I'm planing to write a new universal installation script for the 
release.
