[dev] XEP-0085 implementation

Hi everybody!

A short introduction first: I'm a friend of Goffi living in Vienna, 
Austria, and I'm joining him on the SàT project (development, updating 
documentation on the wiki...).

Please find attached an archive with some patches for sat and libervia. 
It is adding a plugin for the XEP-0085 (chat state notification) and 
modifies a few other thinks (smalls bug fixes or improvements, PEP 8).
