[dev] [en] patches for SaT and Libervia

Hi,

here some new patches for SàT:

- plugin XEP-0085: renamed category and parameter
- plugin misc_account: fix for sending a failure message
- core: fix for methods signature (getParams...)

and for Libervia:

- browser_side: small improvements for parameters panel
     - auto-select the first tab
     - remove the parameters item if there's nothing to display
- browser_side: display clickable URLs in chat text
- browser_side: added key listener to login and register panels
     - pressing enter set the focus to the next field or validate the 
form (fix bug 29)
