Yes, there are some warnings, because I understand that some
Palestine/Israel Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS) campaigners remove
StartSSL from certificate authority lists under their control.  It's
probably still more widely accepted than CAcert, but there are more than
zero warnings.
