[SāT dev] [en] Wix abandonned

For the record: we have decided to abandon officially Wix, we were just
doing minimal maintenance, and as we are doing a frontend re-factoring,
it would not worth the effort to keep it up running.
A new desktop frontend will probably come for 0.7: either one based on
Kivy, or the update of BellaCiao (Qt).
WxWidget will not be a dependance anymore in future versions of SāT.
